If I could be the sails in your ship,
I’d bring you safe to the open sea
So as to wander the globe with me
And travel far away.

If I could be the only sun
That lightens up the day,
I would have warmed your precious heart
And shine on you each day.

If I could be the door that leads
Out to the great blue sky,
